I’ve had these for a couple years and have seldom worn them. I think they’ve been worn for more than 5 minutes 3 times. They have been carried in my pack a lot more than they’ve been worn.

Size medium (waist) tall(inseam) I think that makes them a 32x34.

The only blemish is that on the built in waist belt, there’s supposed to be a little rubbery Sitka branded tag that keeps the belt from pulling through the keeper. When these came, it had only been sewed at the factory by a thread, so I replaced it with black tape. (3rd pic)
