Sitka Apex vs Ascent Pants

I know they're new, hoping Fin or others can give some insights on the Apex pant vs Ascent pants. I'm looking for a warm weather option, either late bear or early archery here in MT. I use the Timberlines for almost everything, but they get hot above 60 degrees.

I'm curious what the fit is like.. the apex almost look like skinny jeans in the pictures I've seen

Hopefully a little heavier than the new Ascent pants.

Talked with Sitka this morning. The Apex is similar to the Ascent in being breathable. The Apex is much quieter, probably early season in Northern Rocky states. The Ascent is for those who will be south in the hottest areas. It is lighter, but noiser.

I just got a pair of the Apex pants. They should fit right between the Ascent and the Mountain/Timberline.

They have this grid pattern of fabric bumps on the inside that should allow good air circulation IMO.










They do fit like the Ascent pants.
