Shoulder pad

I wasn't sure where to post this. I want to get a shoulder pad. One I particularly liked was the Wayne's Dog pad but it doesn't come in left handed. I have 1" Pachmayr Decelerators on most everything but need some more protection until my shoulder heals up some.

I saw those on Amazon. Have you used one? They looked like they were pretty spot specific as apposed to the entire shoulder cover.

Yep. It covers your shoulder well & you can adjust it so it rests perfectly when you've shouldered your weapon. I use it for heavy recoiling rifles like the 338, 35 & 9.3 class. Makes for an absolutely pleasurable day of shooting when you're sighting in, doing load development or just going to go for some powder therapy with big boomers.

Should work perfect for what you're needing.

I'll order one on Amazon. Thanks for the recommendation. I have to do something besides stop shooting for a while. I dodged surgery but need to have a series of injections and PT for the next 6-8 months. I have even downsized from the .300 Weatherby but even the 6.5 is starting to be uncomfortable.

For the 6.5, it should make recoil negligible.
