Sea duck hunting NW Washington state?

I am just in the first stages to research a very good outfitter to hunt sea ducks in NW Washington state near Seattle. Any input would be appreciated. I am interested in eiders and harlequins. Have hunted sea ducks extensively on the east coast many yrs. back. Now I want to hunt them for trophy eiders and a great drake harlequin for my collection. Thanks in advance for any help extended. Eiders are not really an option Plenty of Harlequins, Scoters and Old Squaws though. Look for Padilla bay area outfitters. There was a guy that used to guide that area but I forget his name now. I think he was based in Laconner (I think his first name was Ben). Most hunting is Skagit North to BC
