We made 200 lbs of sausage this week. Lots of work, but worth the trouble.

P.S. use a sausage stuffer, way easier.

The wife is a hard worker.

I like kielbasa, it's pretty simple and tastes great.
My second favorite is breakfast "pan" sausage.

I don't use "seasoning packets". I've got old, hand-me-down recipes.

It’s a recipe from my wife’s Grandfather. It delicious! Pork, beef burger and ground venison.
