Hey Fellow Hunt Talkers,

I thought I would share with you my experience with RTIC customer service before you make a purchase.

We bought a RTIC tumbler from Amazon and it has developed rust in the bottom of it in only a month of use.

We contacted RTIC and they do not warranty their items if it is purchased from a third party.

Just thought everyone should as their warranty information does not say anything about it.

Take it easy,

Todd

buy the ozark trail tumbler from walmart! $7 for 20 oz and $9 for 30 oz...

This^^^^

I have the Sam's Club version, which I'm guessing is the same as the Ozark Trail. It was the same price, at least.

Two weekends ago I accidently came home from a trip to the lake with a relative's Yeti tumbler and my lid (which fit.) The cheap Sam's version held ice longer and I couldn't wait to get it back from her and give her the Yeti back.

that's weird. I use my 10oz rtic tumbler all the time and it still looks new. its also weird that they are even on amazon. I thought they only sold them on their site direct. Also the 10oz tumbler is cheaper on the Rtic site than on amazon by $6. the 30oz tumbler is cheaper on amazon than on Rtic site though

I've never seen one on Amazon before.

I have two of the RTIC 30 ounce tumblers and have been using them on a daily basis for 2 months. I've had no issues with mine, but I bought mine direct from RTIC. They work great!
