Red tide in Florida

So, as an update, the Army Corp is emptying Lake Ockochobee once again into the 2 tributaries that lead out top the Gulf and to the Atlantic ocean. This started approximately a month or so ago. I'm not familar with the Gulf exit point, but I am on the East coast through the St. Lucie River. That waterway exits at Stuart, FL which is the St. Lucie Inlet. This is a big deal. Apparently the move to improve the flow down south by taking out the Tamiami Trail that crosses Florida East/West isn't going fast enough. They are saying that project won't be done until the late 2030's. They are various videos on Youtube about the project. It is quite interesting. Brian Mast, the congressman fror Stuart has been pretty helpful in moving the project along.

Nobody is touching the sugar industry, so don't bother as the owners have every single politician bought.
It's not just the sugar industry. It's also condo & HOA developers building homes in Central Florida. And the developers from the early 1900s that put in the Tamiami Trail.
