Red Deer Hunt

I thought you might be interested in a few scenic photos from New Zealand.

These photos are from a 2014 roar (rut) red deer hunt in Otago – which is in the South Island of New Zealand. It was a 6 night trip, the first 4 nights I was solo and then I joined up with others also on this trip. I saw a few deer and chamois but no stags so no shots fired.

Mode of transport - saved about 14 hrs walk!
