Rabbit recipes?

G'day,

Grew up eating rabbits in standard stews and soups, the old man makes some nice rabbit pies on occasion.

Always keen to try something new. Anyone got good rabbit recipes worth trying?

I like to debone them and soak them in buttermilk and hot sauce. Flour them and dredge them through a beer batter and make nuggets with ranch dressing to dunk them in. Yum

Cush I've seen this post twice now within 5 min of each other. Makes me feel like this needs to become a reality this week!!!

I grew up with a pack of beagles, so rabbits were on the menu often. My mother soaked them in buttermilk then chicken fried them. Served with hot biscuits and gravy, it was a great lunch on Sunday after hunting that morning
