I didnt see this thread started anywhere so I figured I'd start one. Here is the link to look over elk objectives, bull to cow ratios and questions the department is seeking comment on in each district.
After talking to a biologist, I briefly felt so unqualified on commenting about objectives, but there is a social aspect to these as well. I was also left with way more questions so maybe some discussion will be helpful.
In the units I hunt and am most familiar with, some of the objectives look depressingly low.
