Proud dad!

I thought I'd be going solo this season, but my 13 y.o. daughter surprised me yesterday when she said she wanted to hunt in the morning. She has been with me on hunts a few times, just watching, but has never hunted herself. Well, Im glad she decided to hunt. 20 minutes after first light and this buck was starring her down from a whopping 25 yards away for about 5 minutes. She kept her composure and when he turned, it was all over. Couldn't be prouder!
