Porcupine Lope

How was the meat? Had a buddy shoot a limping doe deer one time and she had been hit in the front shoulder by a .22 I guess? When we skinned her the whole front half was bad and that shoulder was green. We didn't eat any of it. And a mount on that goat would be a conversation starter for sure
 
The meat was good but his back hoof sure stunk. Maybe all antelope stink like that?? The best I can figure was he tried to fight a porcupine that was in his area...or it could be a curiosity.

Thanks for the comments. I figured you guys would enjoy it. It was definitely a first for me seeing any deer, or antelope, with quills stinking in it. I would have loved to get it mounted just the way it was. Maybe someday when I have lots of money I'll pay a taxidermist to make me up a mount based on the pictures and his horns.
