Thanks for sharing. Grayling are great right into the frying pan but sure don't seem to keep very long. Voracious buggers too. They keep coming back for more.
I wrapped some in foil with butter, cooked over the fire. Using a fork and holding up by the tail, fillets drop off leaving most bones on the spine. Kids gobbled it up as finger food.
 
Looks like fun and a great family trip. What were the ATVs for? The kids? With trucks like that who needs ATVs 😎😎
There are entire trail systems. ATV's are faster for exploring from base camp and kids run them all around camp, but mostly because we can!
