Philly cheese Moose Stuffed Peppers

Threw this together tonight. Damn good. And low carb for those that do keto.


You'll need

1lb steak sliced
3 bell peppers
4oz cream cheese (low fat)
1/4 onion diced
1 jalapeño
1tsp corn starch
1/2 cup olive oil
1tsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper to your liking
White sliced mushrooms (to your liking)
Slices of cheese (I used provolone)

Use a skillet and throw in the olive oil, steak slices, onion and jalapeño. Once steak is cooked throw in the mushrooms for a few minutes. Then throw in everything else. Stir around and get everything mixed and melted till the sauce is thick.

Heat oven to 350°.

Slice peppers in half. Throw in sauce and steak mix. Cover with the provolone slice.

Cook for 32 min.

Looks delicious, I think maybe my attention span could handle that procedure....gonna try with a package of elk sirloin.

That's what I was going to make it with initially. But my dads buddy gave him a whole moose and my mom hates wild game so I basically got a whole moose haha
