I went out of the way to visit uncle nick he’s turning 70 , but I’m not sure when I’ll pass this way again, and spending time with him was more important to me than a quicker drive . I’m North

The softness of those hills in the background rules out my previous guess of the Silver Valley. I'm looking at it... I think it's North Kootenai County. Rathdrum, north to Spirit Lake along Hwy 41

Earlier he said that his uncle lived in Sandpoint. I see no reason to doubt that. Also, he said going there was taking him out of his way a little, so that rules out Kalispell as a final destination. I would guess Billings as a final destination.
