Rather than keep chatting about beer in the BAYED thread, I thought I'd start one here.

So time to share all your favorites, talk about beer in general. Share what's in your fridge, what your looking for, best place you've had beer, worst place you've had beer.

Right now in my fridge:
Oskar Blues Old Chub
Smithwicks
Tommy Knocker Ornery Amber,Pick Axe,ButtHead.

Let's hear it!

Crystal Weisen :D
Paulaner Hefe Weisen :)
Parkbrau Perminator :hump:

All in Germany and havent seen/had a real beer since I left K-town in 1998.

Best place I've had a Beer was Oktoberfest in Munchen, Bayern aka Munich, Bavaria

The American beer that taste OK are PBR, Coors Light, Fat Tire.
Smithwicks and Tecate are alright too for imports

None currently in the fridge

Ok, I have some Singlewide IPA and Rogue Chocolate Stout in the fridge right now. I am looking for someplace I can get Billy's Chillies without paying more for shipping than for the beer. I have been to a lot of good places for beer

My top 10 would be
1. Rogue Brewing Newport OR
2. Smugglers Brew Pub Telluride CO
3. Grand Teton Brewing Victor ID
4. Willimantic Brewing Willimantic CT
5. McCall Brewery McCall ID
6. Red Lodge Ales Red Lodge MT
7. Mahogany Ridge Brewery Steamboat Springs CO
8. Portneuf Brewing Pocatello ID
9. Black Butte Brewing Bend OR
10. Sun Valley Brewery Hailey ID

The worst brewery by far I have ever had the misfortune of entering has to be the Silverton Brewery in Silverton CO.

There's no shiner in Boise...I'm settling for Kona pipeline porter (it's damn good, but it's not shiner)..and shiner's not all that, but there's nothing better with barbeque.

Bud for me.

Bud light for the guys that might be on a diet.

I buy Miller light, my dad buys Alaskan Amber, Amber Bock, and Fat tire. I spend a lot of quality time at dads house!

Right now in the fridge and in my hand is Spaten Optimator and I also have Summit Porter in the fridge. The best beers I have had were all in Germany, one that comes to mind is Diebels ALT which you cannot get in the US anymore :(

Other beers I Ike are 1554 from New Belgium brewing, Summit red ale, EPA and IPA, Stella, Heineken, Aass, Hoegaarden.....well I could go on and on.

I also enjoy a nice glass of pinot from time to time....

I really enjoy Leinenkugels, but its hard to find around here. Occasionally I see it, but its never fresh.

In the fridge are New Castle Ale and Harp's. I really miss drinking Redtail Ale from the brewery in Hopland,CA. Blue Moon is on the list as well, but in hunting camp it is the usual domestics for making red beers.

I had a Spaten when I did some work back in CT. Pretty dang good.

One of my favorite dark beers.

I brewed my own beer last Oct with friends as we have a you brew place here in MN and we did a dunkle boch and a scotch ale, both were damn good. Can't wait to do it again.

I don't trust a beer you can see through...

Visit me in my home town and this is where I'll take you for a beer:

Big slick I hear you man....

Amber ales are my thing. Given a choice Redtail ale from Mendo is tops, as is the Scotch ale from Moylans in Novato, or Anderson Valley 's Boont amber ale, Alaskan amber when I'm out of town, or a Fat tire when necessary.

This is the local brewery...Lagunitas...

I like the Sockeye Powerhouse porter when in Boise. And The Snake River Brewery in Jackson WY has some good brews too but any beer tastes good when you have blood on your hands and meat in the locker...

Choc Dogs, Pipeline Porter is awesome.

I rarely buy beer that isn`t brewed in Missoula. Between Big Sky, Bayern, and Kettlehouse, this valley is full of awesome brews.

The darker the better for me, so Winter is easily my favorite beer season.
Slow Elk, Doppelbock, Powder hound, Face Plant, Cowboy Coffee Porter and Belgium brown are in my current repertoire.

Old Mil, Raineer, PBR & Budweiser...You can't by a case of the stuff you guys are talking about in a gas station. :)
