North Slope moose on the comeback?

Saw two bulls this afternoon down in a willow flat clicking antlers. Snuck down there for a pic or two and found two more and a cow, and as I was leaving I saw another cow with two big calves. 8 moose within a half mile of each other, all of them about 100 miles north of the pass at Atigun.

GMU 26B....no open season

The racks are ok, with the big bull over 50", but the bodies on these bulls are huge!
