Not impressed with this Nikon rangefinder at all. The battery cap is plastic and will hardly come off. Broke it once and repaired it, now the slot to remove it has stripped out. Can’t even get the cap off. I sent it in to Nikon hoping at least they could remove it and sell me a new one, but nope! All they want to do is sell me a new rangefinder for $265.00. Not a “sorry” or here’s a discount for a replacement. Nothing. I’ll never buy another Nikon product again. Sounds like they have a decent warranty on other products, so hope others have a good experience with them.
