Ken, Texted me to say that his knee has been repaired (Replaced) and that he was feeling Good. That he was truly Blessed. He should be going home Thursday. Now he can eat all the Ice Cream he wants! LOL John
NHY is feeling fine.

He said the Pump up part of the implant was taking some getting use to............the knee was fine though! LOL John

Tell him the collective IQ of this joint has really gone down in just the one day that he hasn't been on here. Not a single big word has been used all day. There is no reason for me to keep my dictionary app up if he's not going to be around for a few days.

I've had several knee surgeries, so I can almost feel Ken's pain. The VA says I need a replacement of my right knee, but I'm too young..lol So, instead of a new knee that would relieve alot of pain, I get narcotic pain relievers and a knee brace and a cane. WOO friggin HOO. Best of luck in your recovery, Ken!!

Thx for all the good wishes gentlemen. Awesome caregivers, in good hands. 2 therapy sessions yesterday and hard work starts today. Had an artery nicked during surgery but doc cauterized quickly. Of not for ideal BP things wouldve gone south, good shape and health matters. Should go home thurs or wednesday.

I'm glad to hear you made it through the surgery. You are now at the bottom of a very large mountain. Pick a trail and start climbing by this time next year you will look back over your shoulder and think "that mountain wasn't as big as I thought it was". You have my best wishes and I for 1 would like to see pictures of the scar.
