Need identification help!

Anyone ever see this lure, and more importantly identify the manufacturer?

Looks like some kind of spoonplug. I first saw a guy tolling big ones for muskie in open water, then saw a few videos from Addicted Fishing using one for silvers (maybe kokanee?). There's very little information about them from what I can tell with a quick google search.

It is kind of similar but different to Buck Perry's old spoonplug.

Thanks for the responses. it definitely isn’t a Spoonplug as I have a bunch of those.

Not sure we’ll ever figure out what it is but was worth a try.

I’ll report if any of my other sources turn up a winner!
