Wow, that's a great amount of detail on a very small stock! It looks engraved/wood-burnt. Does it feel rough or is it nice and smooth?

Kind of semi smooth.We went thru a few looking for the exact one she wanted with lots of grain in the wood and the greenish cast to the gator.Topping it with a Redfield illuminater 2-7x33
