My good ol time elk

It's not too big but had lots of fun. This was right after I packed it out. The other two guys were Bud hunting that morning. I mean bird hunting. That's me Tufferthandug standing in the middle and that's Dug's brother on the left, and my friend Juice on the right.

It's kinda obvious as you follow the normal visual "trail" from the elk to the hunter's face....

Actually those are the $hittiest army wool surplus pants for not keeping the buttons up. Those ones had a zipper installed last winter. The poles are a home made tripods for stringing a pole across to hang the meat.
