MT Bird

[DANGLER]

Came in strutting, spitting and drumming mid morning. He had one hen with him, and when she threatened to lead him away I decided to let him have it at 50 yards with a load of #5 Heavy Shot. He never took a step.

21 lbs 9" beard and 3/4" spurs.

These birds sure make the time between big game seasons bearable..... Couple more weeks and I think I will start giving the bears a bad time.
