Seriously though, my legs hurt just looking at that basin on the map. I don't think you have to worry about anyone else stumbling on that spot. Was his gut full of granite and lichen?

I'll be honest Randy as I packed the last load of meat up that slope I promised I would never hunt elk in there again. We'll see how good I am at keeping that promise. It literally took me 8 hours to skin and debone my quarters and get all of the meat to the top of the ridge. What Clam needs is a good sidekick. You know someone to help with the packing, spotting the big ones for me etc...
