I tried MH for the first time last fall on a solo hunt and was pleasantly surprised. Beats the heck out of a solid diet of top ramen. I've never been good at planning or executing decent meals when hunting but I can manage to boil a cup of water. My daughter called me from Costco the other day and said they had MH ice cream sandwich. How in the world do you freeze dry an ice cream sandwich then add hot water to bring it back to life? Weird!
