.. Talk to me folks.. Is it an Ibex ? Russian boar ? African Wildebeast ?!?!?!

If you had one tag anywere in the world to go.... what would it be ? Or would it be a local Critter ?

Local critter for me.

I spent hundreds of hours on the MT Governors Grizzly Bear Roundtable, giving the Feds recommendations on the Yellowstone delisting program.

If I was to draw a MT grizz tag, if one is ever made available, that would do it for me.

Since a MT grizz is most likely a pipe dream my second choice would be local also.

Another antelope tag would be my second choice. Shot lots of them and will shoot a few of them this fall.

I would trade a six-animal Africa hunt for a three-buck antelope hunt. Hell, for a two-buck antelope hunt. I would trade my MT elk tag every year for an extra buck antelope tag.

Stupid I know, but no one ever said I was too intelligent.

Exotic? Not to most people, but sure is to me.

Have to be wild boar in TX - one of those big ferral/russian mix breeds.

Unless you count spear fishing - big puffer

Misread it - thought you wanted the most exotic taken. As for my list, Kodiak bear would be cool. Wouldn't mind a tiger hunt if it was legal.

I'd be happy with the animals you westerners chase every year. They seem exotic to me.

Early spring alaskan Brown bear. Snowmobile into the wilderness track one down in deep snow and shoot the sucker as it sits sunning outside his den!!!

If I was offered a hunt between elephant or bighorn sheep... I'd have to drink a 5th of crown and mull it over for an evening. All other hunts are just 'filler' for the time being. An Argali hunt would be right in there as well... To much hunting to do and not enough time or money to get it all done.

Drawing a tag for a tourist fed Grizzly from the GYE would probably top my list. Saw a full body mount of muskox recently at the taxi shop.....pretty cool looking beast. A long haired tahr from N. Z. would have to be my top pick from another continent.

Since I am still looking for my first elk and mule deer, those are tops on my list at this time. Not real exotic, but hey what can I say.
