Mossberg Youth Patriot .308 for .243

The gun is black and has a dead ringer scope. It has only been shot a few times and was purchased in 2020. The gun is just a bit too much recoil for my wife. We left Montana and are now living in Missouri. A .243 would suit her better here.

I've got a Tikka .243 lite going up for sale this weekend. Youth synthetic stock and a youth laminate Boyd's stock. Upgraded bottom metal, 3 factory mags, talley rings,leupold firedot and approximately 4-500 rounds of factory ammo. Not interested in a mossberg, Maybe something else?
