Hopefully the videos in the links work, but if not, it’s easy enough to google them. In a nutshell, both of these people are truly incredible and I aspire to age like them. But for polls sake and since they are both very recent world records, is it more impressive to run a 100m dash in 26 seconds at age 100 or run a mile in 13 minutes at age 95? Kudos to them both. Amazing.
