Only in Alaska....... This guy raised an abandoned moose calf with his

horses, and believe it or not, he has trained it for lumber removal

and other hauling tasks. Given the 2,000 pounds of robust muscle,

and the splayed, grippy hooves, he claims it is the best work animal

he has. He says the secret to keeping the moose around is a sweet

salt lick, although during the rut he disappears for a couple of weeks,

but always comes home.... impressive!

Tom, what do you make of this...seems to me it's a giant bipedal rabbit (perhaps a hare) of sorts...crazy!

lol at photoshopped moose hauling logs, someone just sent me an email of a little bull moose humping a tiny bronze buffallo, that made me laugh too..! ;)

For me its stupid, not too funny, glad you others get a laugh once in a while though, despite its stupidity. Even if it is such a stupid thing, people gotta laugh at something once in a while.

Smalls, that's not you in that rabbit suit is it?

C'mon, Tom, Marv's humor is always good natured....unlike some of the peckerwoods here.;) :D

Tom, even though it’s just good natured ribbing, I stand duly corrected-

No where in the SCI record books can I find an entry nor even a MINIMUM standard for the Greater North American Easter Bunny (or its variant or potential sub-species).

Furthermore, I also came across this standard:
SCI does not accept any trophies that were not hunted using “fair chase" methods. SCI has published a list of what the organization defines as fair chase, including requirements that: escape cover for the animal must cover at least 50% of the property, animals can not be tame or former exhibit animals, and animals can not be driven or herded to awaiting hunters, among others.

As you can see in the background of the picture, though it APPEARS that escape cover is ample and readily available, there is an additional fence that I had failed to see before that might preclude the escape of magnificent creature thus excluding it from any possible medal designation. You have my sincerest of appologies! hump

…and smalls, it sounds like you could likely be entered in the javelina category ;)
