Good luck to all!! I'm definitely going bear hunting next spring, so someone please tie one to a tree for me... Since I don't know which state, it doesn't matter where you tie it up, just use a good knot!

At least you have snow gone and the signs of some greenery. We are just barely melting on the south slopes and not even a glimmer of green hope yet. The bears that are out over here are on the move trying to find food I'm sure.

Wow that is great to see those 2 bears already I thought it was still early, I wasn't going to get serious till May. I couldn't get very far back tons of snow. Those must be down low, good luck.

No luck tonight, sideways snow isn`t much for glassing.

Not much for green feed. I would imagine that they are traveling around looking for anything. Hopefully he reappears but don't be afraid to look even 5 miles away. Just a thought. I hope you can get him. The weather does look nice.

I shot the brown one from the picture above right at last light.
he dropped with the shot, but didn`t die right there. Didn`t go in after him tonight, figured with the cool temperatures it`d be better to just back out and go back in when I can see.
It`ll be a long night wondering if he`s down or not.
