Montana Commission Results available?

Looking to get my application in for Montana but waiting to here on the results of the proposals made. The pamphlet said it was going to be posted by Feb. 20th but I can't seem to find it. Has anyone heard about this or seen the minutes?

I didn't look through everything, so maybe I caught an unrepresentative small sample, but 2 of the first 3 permits I looked at (for deer) went up by 50-100%.
