This is a pic of a bear a friend of mine shot last fall. It was officially scored at 21 3/8". The bear on the left is no slouch either but as you can see is quite a bit smaller. I was so excited to see both of my buddies take good bears on last years bow hunt for elk. This bear should go #4 or #5 in the MT Book.

wow very nice bears. Im curious if the bigger black bear is the one that the beetleguy in florence reported to the fwp as an illegal grizzly skull?

thats putting it mildy, the guy is a compulsive liar and everytime there he is spouting a conspiracy theory about someone

Nice bruins, tis incredibly tough to go over 21 in this state

I already posted my experience using that nut job. Tried to tell me that I didn't validate my tag correctly because the notch wasn't exactly on their lines, and was going to turn me in to FWP. Then tells me I absolutely have to have the tag with the skull when it should stay with the meat. Whacked that man is.

Those are both studs....quite an accomplishment putting a black bear from Montana into B&C. Hell, I've never even taken a 20" bear let alone a 21". Tell those guys well done!
