This seems to really be flying under the radar for the potential impact being discussed. Apparently today is the last day to comment on the proposal

UPDATE: Based on the comments received during the official scoping period and subsequent conversations with community leaders and landowners, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has decided to no longer pursue the establishment of the proposed Missouri Headwaters Conservation Area.
