I am an avid Canadian sport shooter, and I have to say, it feels awe full to go to bed at night a regular citizen and wake up the next morning as a criminal. All because of what is in my safe.

We have an active and thriving sport shooting scene in Canada. In fact, over the past few years Canadians have won major US sport shooting events such as ATA national trap shooting championships and major USPSA and IPCS matches. A 16 year old from my club just won the USPSA Florida open, winning high overall.

What our current government is doing to us is nothing short of blatant communism type governance. We need your help and support.......Looks like I am going to jail, just for having and AR.

Oh by the way, my Colt AR 15 is manufactured right here in Canada......apparently we can make them, just cant own them.

Would he have been effective as killing all those people without the cop costume? If as much blame can be placed on the tool as the perpetrator why should the cop costume not be blamed? I think that people who wear such costumes should not be trusted and treated as criminals.

I hear you, but you do know that there's a two year amnesty in the ban, right? Don' t check yourself in at the jail quite yet. How does this bill identify the weapons that will be banned? Is it a list of characteristics, like flash suppressors, or is it specific models? Manufacturers have found their way around most of the restrictions here in NY.

There is a large list of specific arms listed by multiple manufacturers, I read through the list earlier.

Basically any AR15 design, Ruger Mini design, M14, M16, M4, a couple CZ designations, any 50 BMG capable rifle, Rocket Launchers, Grenade Launchers, etc. It is quite extensive.

Trudeau had his agenda well planned out beforehand, seized the opportunity to push it through while he had it.

Amazing how quickly things change. I see it more and more these days. Never waste a crisis and gain as much control over individuals as possible seems to be the politicans motto these days. Doesn't matter which side of the aisle. A very wise man once said "we are only one generation away from losing our freedom."
