Meat processing near Fairplay, CO

I was lucky enough to pick up a cow moose tag this year. I'm currently planning my trip, and am looking for some input on possible processors in the area. I'm not dead set on getting it processed there but I want to have some options lined up. On this trip we will be hunting around Fairplay, then heading to Gillette, WY for antelope. I wouldn't mind leaving the meat with a processor somewhere between Fairplay and Gillette, that would also be on the route for the return trip. All of this is assuming the turnaround time would be quick enough for me to get it on the way back through. Are there any processors in that neck of the woods that I should look into?

You’ll drive right by meat cleaver in denver and can probably pay for a rush to make sure it’s done in time
