LR 98 Dumoulin Mauser action & 25-06 barrel FS

I have this LR98 Dumoulin Mauser action with a contoured FN bottom metal/trigger guard unit I prefer to the one that came with it. As you can see in pics it has an adjustable trigger & three-position model 70-style safety that is well timed and functioning nicely as-is.









To go with it I have a brand new Brownells 25-06 barrel .

$400 shupped for the whole thing.

Has this ever had a barrel installed or is it a brand new/unused action? Do you have the original bottom metal? I'm interested.... Ed F

No it's never had a barrel; I bought this brand new as an action-only.

I do not have the original bottom metal. I was very heavy and I'd planned something as light as a LR98 can be.

I also have a SS Douglas #2 taper chambered to .260 Rem I'd include instead for a bit more money. I don't know the rate of twist on it tho.
