Lowa Tibet GTX Hi with Hi mountain footbed

I have a pair of Lowa Tibet GTX with the high mountain footbed from lathrop and sons. I need to post pictures or I can easily tex pics to who ever is interested. The boots are almost like new. I haven't been able to wear them because the are two tight on me. I think they are size 12 or 12.5. I will follow up. I was thinking $250

just curious, what was their return policy? If they were too tight, they would not do an exchange or refund?
