How is the Sun Canyon and Benchmark area doing for snow depth?

No snow here in Ennis, just rain. Supposed to get some towards the end of the week.

We're heading out to Havre starting Wednesday and will pull in Friday. It's looking like it's going to be cold!

I’m heading for the high line as well. It’s gonna be quite cold, and probably windy.

I put extra warm bibs, an extra heavy jacket and sorels in the truck just in case. Looks like I’ll be using them again. Gonna be colder than last year.

How is the Sun Canyon and Benchmark area doing for snow depth?

That photo is looking at the East end of Benchmark Rd. I drove deep into Benchmark 2 days ago. The packers were going in and out then. I’m guessing a bit sloppy today. I’m sure it is not lacking for snow...

I'm getting cold just looking at the forecast. We were planning on packing in a spike camp 4 miles, not so sure now.....

I'm not a BIG fan of hunting in the snow anymore. For me, if it stayed 65* and light winds I would never complain. But some live for it, WELL here it is.
I hope it sucks all the hunters up into the hills and gets them out of my way. It does not look like it will go away, now. So good luck to all and make sure your chains fit.
PS don't forget your shovel.
