Looking for MT 380 Elkhorn Tips

Any tips or thoughts on the MT 380 tag, Elkhorn Mountains. I've done a lot of hiking, glassing, etc.., we've seen a few elk but mostly have seen people. The new snow may keep some of the road hunters down, but it's been pretty frustrating watching people drive in places that you shouldn't.

But then again , there's probably wolves there - and everyone knows what that does to elk distribution
