Log splitter

Have a 22ton splitter. Had it for close to 20 years. Have had no problems with it. Don't need much bigger than that for Idaho wood. Ponderosa pine with the big knots will make it groan but we quit cutting them for firewood. Just make sure the splitter had a Honda motor. Ours has a Briggs and Stratton on it.
 
We heat with wood so splitting is a major activity. I use a 4 lb splitter most of the time, the rest of the time it's a 6 lb splitter. I can't lift 22 tons.

You figured out how to make a gransfor bruk sound like a bargain, just compare it to a engine driven hydraulic splitter - hats off to you sir!

With all the money you saved on the Granfor Bruk Ax, you can, and should, buy yourself a new shotgun. Double barrel of course. Hammers optional. :)
