License Refund, MT

All non-resident combo licenses include a fishing license. Draw results are not available until mid/late April. In the event that I do draw, would Montana refund me for the cost of my season fishing license if I were to purchase one now? I have tried to call Fish and Game but can't get anyone on the phone, understandably with what's going on in the world right now.
