I sure wouldn't trust my blood pressure to a grocery store reader taken randomly. I have had my share of blood pressure issues and if there are problems it needs to be closely monitored.

I sure wouldn't trust my blood pressure to a grocery store reader taken randomly. I have had my share of blood pressure issues and if there are problems it needs to be closely monitored.

Never have went to a doctor for my blood pressure and I think ive only been 2 or 3 times to a doctor in the last 15 years for anything. I never suggested anyone go check their blood pressure at safeway, my point is my blood pressure was once significantly higher than it is now and its better due to changing to a healthier diet.
