Zinke made the NYT again today:
As Interior Secretary Swaggers Through Parks, His Staff Rolls Back Regulations

It is pretty clear now that Zinke is nothing more than a show piece for protecting our Public Lands.
Dress up as a Cowboy and ride a painted horse, stop by and say howdy to some local folks; while his "Tools" back in Washington begin the Koch brothers dream of carving up Public Lands, rolling back regulations and green lighting rampant Oil, Gas and Coal extraction.
For anyone who is still on the fence as far as Zinke, get off the fence and start to fight for YOUR Public Lands. Zinke and his ilk will be ruthless and relentless in destroying what has taken hundreds of years to put in place.
Zinke is not benevolent, the Koch brothers are not benevolent, Peabody Coal is not benevolent, Exxon is not benevolent. They are about earnings per share and dollars to the executives.
Don't be fooled by these guys, don't make choices against your own interests. These organizations are very good at propaganda and it takes grit, energy and being smart to keep from being rolled up by this anti Public Land effort.
Call your Congressional leaders and make your voice heard. (202) 224-3121
Cheers,
Mark
