Yes. This is proof that there is support for public lands on both sides. It mostly comes down to people contacting their elected leaders to inform them of the priority and to hold them accountable for such. This bill was submitted the day I was in DC and it created some sparks among some who feel public lands are the doom of western civilization.

Sending a thank you when people do represent public land users goes a long ways.

I personally know Dave. I was in his nephews wedding and he spoke at my brothers confirmation. My dad is good friends with his brother. Hes a stand up guy and am glad to see he is on board with conservation. Ill be sure to get a thanks his way.
