How many of you all think we should remove the "subscription only" provision to Sportsman's Issues and Current Events?

Just like a really cool car wreck, shouldn't we remove the veil and allow guests and newbies to see what is being discussed in SI/CE?

Nothing more fun than dragging new people into the discussion on Welfare Ranchers, Dam Breaching, Fat-Assed ATV riders, NRA Looney Tunes, CJ's Racist Mexican Hating, and Texas Hunting Methods.

remember when people would register just because of the outrageous arguments going on by the Fat-Assed ATV riders claiming all hunters should support Fat-Assed aTV riders and Welfare Ranchers or all of hunting would be banned?

I actually would have no problem letting it open to the public. I jsut don't want it in the "Todays Post" list or the "NEW Posts" list. Unfortunately it still shows up on mine.... But I'd rather it just go away personally. Maybe Del has a hack for that.
 
Im for opening up. Sometimes I see good articles under this forum and I tell people about them but they can't find them because its a "hidden" forum. I guess thats the price they pay to not be a member.
 
Does it really matter? There's about 11 people that read this forum and only 6 of those post anything worth reading... ;)
 
Actually I do have a fix for that, when I saw the forst post I thought there is nothing wrong with this section but everytime you click new posts the same od BS comes up. so that idea came to mind than oscar confirmed my thinking too.

Doesnt make any difference to me. cause when it comes to illegals I am on Cj's side anyway LOLOLOLOL

SI and CE are "supposed" to be the only places where name-calling and butchering others' handles are allowed and little if any censorship That is why requesting entry was set up.

As Nut said, open it up and there will be a lot of locked or amended threads if it opened up. Let the cyber bullies and petty character assassins have their "pig pen."

Yep there would be no more cheese,queervo,bigwhore,etc allowed. Ass clown and etc would be things of the past.
