I'm headed back Friday morning..hopefully the weather holds out long enough to catch a mess of themWaiting for the water to get right and I'll be hitting the stumps with my bream-buster.
The water level at my normal spot was getting close to ideal, then two weeks ago we got hit with a ton of rain. I might give it a go this weekend anyway.I'm headed back Friday morning..hopefully the weather holds out long enough to catch a mess of them
How deep do you usually catch them in?.The water level at my normal spot was getting close to ideal, then two weeks ago we got hit with a ton of rain. I might give it a go this weekend anyway.
I usually catch them in about 3-6 feet of water around cypress and ogeechee tupelo or in old hollowed out cypress stumps. When the water is high, the fish are spread out throughout the swamp. When the level comes down, the fishin gets right! The same held true back home in my younger days fishing the Atchafalaya Basin in La.How deep do you usually catch them in?.
