I was digging through the powder cabinet a couple weeks back looking for my "lost" can of RL-17. I found a pound of IMR-4007 SSC.
There is still an active recall on this powder because it so unstable. You can google it. Hodgdon says you should even pull down any loads you have made with it.
Their website says after you have verified the lot number, they will send you the powder of your choice. Actually they send you a legal doc to fill in and return. A week or two later you will get a check for $35 and an email apologizing for the inconvenience. Is that supposed to be the wholesale price? WTH reloading supplies can you buy with $35?
While not exactly being "made whole", it's better than just pouring it down the toilet.
