My execution day meal:

Giant Salad
2 Racks of BBQ Pork Ribs
Garlic Mashers with the skins
Green Beans
Strawberry Cheesecake

I have an important question for you. What is the best hunting brief on the market? Keeps odors in and prevents chub rub during those long hikes?

Oh, and you need some gravy for those mashed taters and green beans.

Just figured I would ask before you had your last meal. Seems like you are the guy to ask that sort of question.

A perfect rib-eye medium rare, giant baked potato with all the fixings, grilled corn on the cob, and a slice of banana cream pie...... last meal...... make it the whole pie!

I couldn't agree more about the yuengling, unfortunately can't get it out here. I will have to settle for Old Rasputen Imperial Stout.

I wish I had the answer for you, this is a constant problem for me and I’ve left several pairs of undies on the hill as going “free” chaffed less.

Currently I’m using Costco boxer briefs, they are working ok. They stay fairly tight and the material is softer than most.

One time on a big hike goat hunting I thought for sure I was going to have to call S&R to come get me in a helicopter due to the chaffing.

Nigiri plate (4 rolls)
10 OZ Elk Tenderloin
Clam Chowder (1 cup)
Growler filled with Tartanic Scottish ale from Blackfoot River Brewing
Strawberry Cheesecake
3/4 of a bottle of Buffalo Trace Bourbon
Kate Upton

Cripes, not cheap.

I've been running in a pair made of their bamboo fabric. So far the fabric is soft, dries quicker than cotton and hasn't become unbearable stenchwise after a couple of wearings. Chaffing hasn't been an issue at all even on 6+ miles runs.

I am still going to pack the "glide" on my hunt though... better safe than sorry.

My execution day meal:

Chicken Fried Elk strap
Butter with a little mashed taters mixed in
Seared squash with onion and sugar
Granny's red beans (for the priest's enjoyment)
Cream gravy with lots of black pepper
Salad w/mayo dressing
Sweeeeet tay
Alka Seltzer...coz I'm an optimist

Do people actually have an appetite right before they're going to the chair?

I'll take this.
Top it off with a 1/2 a pecan pie and a couple scoops of French vanilla ice cream!
Just the thought will make your butt, bigger.

A wild bison killed in the breaks, roasted whole on a spit.

A bathtub of Cowboy Coffee Porter to wash it down.

I'd take an Eastern Tenderfoot elk hunting if they bootlegged a truck load out here Smoky and the Bandit style...................................
