Idaho delivers again

Took a couple mature farts to my longtime hunting spots......
3 for 3 opening day, 2 off the roost and I whacked mine at 4:30 as my pals watched from 250 yards away in the truck.
2 for 2 second day, could have been 3 for 3 cept one of the fellas had neglected to pick up his second tag. He had to watch me kill one and his 2 pals dance around after my shot.

That's great stuff!

I spent 4 1/2 weeks there when I drew my moose tag in '08 and loved every minute of it. Saw tons of birds and meant to go back & hunt 'em but haven't yet. I think next year may be the time, as I plan to put a multi-state turkey hunt together to make up for all of the lost seasons since our turkey population has plummeted here in Mississippi.
