I just got back from a trip to an alternative world.
I went to MM politics site for a look, as I stopped looking a loooong time ago.

Jeez we are a civil group by and large.
Yeah some that did not get the message w/prodding to tone it down in the last year are gone.
But the butthurt goes beyond the politics over there. Way beyond.

I guess it all depends on where you hang your hat. Of the 3 hunting related websites I visit regularly, hunttalk has the least tolerance between members. Too much demeaning for my taste. With that said, hunttalk has some of the best conversations regarding PLT and some very knowledgeable members.

I agree with this. I don't mind spirited debate and civil discourse, but the personal attacks are't necessary. Unless the subject is Chaffetz. Then fireaway.
